Assessment Centres

The Assessment Centre method enables employers to move away from the rigid and limited structure of a face to face interview that can only offer them a very brief snapshot of an individual. By holding an assessment centre an employer can focus on creating activities for a group of people to carry out that are specific to the requirements of both the role and the person type.

In an Assessment centre a candidates can show the potential employer the skills and abilities they possess. Through the activities a person can be assessed in a more reliable way, proving who they are and what they can do. The assessor will have the benefit of using their time more efficiently and viewing a larger number of potential candidates in a smaller amount of time than the conventional style of interviewing.
