To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you are proactive and have consistently exceeded your personal and business goals. You will also have considerable experience in the whole range of recruitment skills including negotiating, canvassing and matching, as well as opening and closing techniques. Because we are a professional services business, candidates will also need to have gravitas and be credible in face to face meetings.
