Annual Sales Incentive

The purpose of the Annual Sales Incentive is to reward sales staff for their contribution to the company. Whilst all sales staff have the opportunity to earn commission through their billings, we understand the importance in celebrating success in other ways.

The Sales Incentive enables Consultants, Hybrids, Head Hunters and Managers who surpass a set standard of performance, to celebrate their achievement by travelling to Madrid in March/April 2009.

There is an opportunity for the business to recognise the support function for outstanding acievements above and beyond the normal responsibilities. This will be through the company nomination process in the Definitive Consulting Annual Awards, with the two support people with the most nominations for the Support Person of the Year Award gaining attendance to the Sales Incentive.

Pinnacle Club

The Pinnacle Club is the recognise the Elite performers of the business. Membership is for one calendar year only and has to be earned every year. The destination for Pinnacle Club members for the financial year 2008/2009 will be Rio De Janeiro

Other Pinnacle Club benefits include;

  • Three days off between Christmas and New Year.
  • Flexi time around the core hours of 8-6pm. This can be accrued for the month and taken in lieu.
  • Automatic entry to the sales incentive trip.
  • Room upgrades for the four day trip and at all conferences.

Quarterly Incentive

The Quarterly Incentive rewards sales team members for Pinnacle level quarterly billings. Recent rewards included a luxury dinner cruise along the Thames in London and a stay at The Vineyard at Stockcross. The Thames river trip included a sumptuous four course dinner along with evening entertainment and panoramic views of London’s historic landmarks. The lucky employees who were eligible to stay at The Vineyard enjoyed a night in the hotel suites, full use of the spa and an evening meal in the 2 Michellin starred restaurant.
