People Development

We know that our success depends on the quality and dedication of our people. Our people development programme includes:

  • Training: We invest heavily in staff training and coaching, utilising internal and external sources as highlighted by our Investors in People accreditation.
  • Regular feedback: All employees attend fortnightly one to ones with direct line managers, to discuss personal performance, career development, coaching and training needs.
  • Personal Development Plan & Appraisal: Our business has developed competencies which link into everything we do and are unique to every role. Every employee works with their manager to agree a personal development plan, which includes annual and quarterly objectives designed to focus attention on personal goals and ambitions. Progress against these objectives is reviewed on a quarterly basis.
  • Think Tank meetings: Once a quarter, Think Tank sessions provide all staff with an opportunity to ask questions of senior management in a relaxed, informal setting. Feedback from staff at Think Tank sessions has given rise to a wide range of new company policies.
