What makes "Definitive Consulting" different?
What is the most different about "Definitive Consulting" from others is they will try to find the role that suits the candidates’ personality as well as their qualifications, skills and experiences. They know their clients very well and also their candidates. "Definitive Consulting" is there to find the perfect match of the company, the role and the candidate.
I approached "Definitive Consulting" first time when I had decided to move on to a junior role in order to focus on my CIMA study for 7 months, rather than focus on my career as the company that I worked at that time never gave any time to study. The interim / temp consultant of "Definitive Consulting", found a six month temp role at a multinational company that suited my needs, and I accepted it.
At the nearly end of my contract, when I was ready to go onto the study leave for one month to focus on my qualification. The consultant approached me again regarding with an opportunity with another multinational company that he believed it suited my qualification, skill and personality.
It was a 6 month contract role that I was initially applied for, I went for first interview then second one, and then I was told that the client did not think this was the role for me, however, I was also told that there was anther opportunity within the same company that the client believed might suit me better. I went for another interview for the other role and I was offered a permanent position in the end!!!
Every time before any job interview, the consultants would give me lots of information about the company and the people I would see as well as those likely questions they may ask, so that I could visualise how the interview would go; it really worked well in preparing myself for the job interview each time.
I actually applied for three roles at three different companies through "Definitive Consulting" and I was invited for interview with all of them. I believe this was because "Definitive Consulting" knows the clients needs very well and what kind of person will fit the company so that they can find the right candidate for each role.
"Definitive Consulting" works as a team; you will get support from everyone of the team. I have already recommended "Definitive Consulting" to my friends who are looking for a job. I would definitely recommend "Definitive Consulting" to anyone looking for a new opportunity because they are there to help you.
