I was approached by Definitive Consulting at a time when I probably needed to change firms in order to progress. I wasn’t unhappy in my role but it did lack significant challenge or obvious progression. Most recruitment agents have given up trying to target me due to my reluctance to take calls whilst at work or in the evenings but the consultant involved was persistent and patient. I needed persuasion to attend an interview even though the role sounded right for me, but as persuasion seems to be one of their strong points, I found my self booked up within a matter of days.
The role I was interviewed for matched my level, skills and career aspirations very well and looks to be a fantastic move.
