Since inception in 2002 we have had full REC accreditation. We understand the importance of this recognition in our industry and the assurance it gives to all our customers.

 
Investors in People

In March 2006 we were proud to be awarded the Investors in People accreditation, at our first assessment. Below is a sample of the feedback provided by the assessor in his review of our application;

Wiltshire Business of the Year Award

In March 2007 our Managing Director, Darren James, was awarded winner of the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ category at the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards 2006. The award was judged on the following criteria:

  • Level of risk undertaken
  • Growth over five years
  • Profit over five years
  • Strength of vision

The whole business was proud Darren received this recognition of the progress and development the business made over the past five years.

The award of "Entrepreneur of the Year" to Darren James at the recent Wiltshire Business Awards recognised a period of rapid growth that was based on a determination to succeed.

I was impressed not only with the strength of Darren’s vision but with the skills applied to the business’s growth: Definitive Consulting is an outstanding achievement by anyone’s standards and Darren is to be congratulated. The Wiltshire award is very well merited.

Recruiter Awards for Overall Excellence 2008

In March 2008 we won the award for the Top Accountancy & Finance recruitment firm in the UK. This recognition highlighted to us the impact we have on the recruitment industry and celebrated the transformation of Definitive from a regional to an international provider of Recruitment solutions.
